Wisely Using AC: Healthy Body, Light in Bag

AC is the equipment that is currently very popular to cool at room temperature, especially in the bedroom or workplace, in order to rest or work comfortably. However, at least public knowledge about air-conditioning makes use of AC current is not optimal, and tend to hurt yourself & the environment.

Set the AC with a reasonable temperature, so the body comfortably, work / rest optimally, saving electricity, air conditioning is more durable, and friendly to the environment.
