You also must consider the Anchor Text when creating a link towards your website. Why Adobe's website is at the highest rank in google for the keyword "click here" that, because a lot of websites that have links to the page with the words: Download Adobe Reader, click here. The word "click here" is called the anchor text as a link. Try a link that leads to your website in accordance with the keywords you are targeting.
Here are the things that are prohibited in the SEO (blackhat SEO), if you run this ban, then your website will be blacklisted search engines (not indexed):
1. Creating a doorway, which is a special page for search engines that are not useful for your visitors.
2. Put a link on your website that are "bad neighborhood", that is there already-site is blacklisted (including a link farm).
3. Following the paid links.
4. Building links in a very large amount in a short time.
5. It contained exactly the same as other websites.
